Off Season Strength Building Program

As soon as the season finishes, Control High Performance are offering a specialised off season body building program designed specifically for the growing teen athlete.

Off season programs are specifically designed to address body composition and strength aspects not easily trained during the competitive season. Using body building methods, individually designed programs address imbalances in muscle size and shape, improving symmetry and reducing likelihood of injury.

Through participating in the Off Season Strength Building Program you can attend 3 sessions per week.

Our programs are designed to keep players injury free so they can train at 100%, 100% of the time. Our scientific high performance approach allows players to improve their physical presence and confidence on the field for safety and performance
