CHP Athlete Development is a supervised strength & conditioning program tailored for athletes 12-18+ years. These sessions are coached by strength & conditioning/ sports science qualified instructors
dedicated to providing quality, detailed and essential exercises to excel at your given sport. No matter your level or sport we are here to provide a pathway towards your sporting goals. By providing high-performance services, we aim to give you everything that you need to seek that competitive edge.


1 Session Membership

  • 1 × Individualised program.
  • Teaching fundamental lifting techniques, motor sequences and stability.
  • Introduction to strength, performance and cognitive training.

2 Session Membership

  • 2 × Individualised program.
  • Progression of strength, performance and cognative training.
  • 1 on 1 goal setting and planning session.
