1 on 1 High-Performance Coaching
Our 1 on 1 high-performance coaching offers the same benefits as our Athlete Development Program, but you get to work in closely with one of our qualified coaches for the entire session. You also get the added bonus of working out at a time that suits you best. The program includes strength, power and speed training, injury prevention and performance screening, goal setting, sport specific clinical fitness testing, running and technique analysis, and recovery. This program will provide the framework to excel at your given sport and provides the foundation for entry to high performance sport programs.
