Athlete Development Program
CHP Athlete Development Program is a supervised high-performance program for athletes of all levels and abilities. The program includes strength, power and speed training, injury prevention, performance testing, goal setting, sport specific clinical fitness screening, running and technique analysis, and recovery. The sessions are run by highly educated high-performance coaches dedicated to providing a quality and enjoyable training environment. Each program is individually tailored to either experienced athletes looking to improve on a solid foundation or teaching fundamental lifting techniques, motor sequences and stability to beginner athletes. The entire training plan will provide the framework to excel at your given sport and prepares the athlete for entry to high-performance sport programs.
No matter your level or sport we are here to provide a pathway towards your sporting goals.
The program runs Monday to Friday 3-6pm at both our Traralgon and Warragul High-Performance Centre’s.
