Marcus is currently studying his Bachleor of Exercise Science he runs his own Personal Training Business. Marcus Cope Personal Training with a main focus on athlete development and recovery. Currently Head Strength & Conditioning at Heyfield Football. Whilst interstate, this included two years in a remote community within a soccer academy, JMF, where he took on the role of a Coach/Mentor. He also worked alongside the St Mary’s football club in their women’s program as a strength and conditioning coach, along with the Darwin Olympic Football Club in Soccer and an NTFL representative at a female football level.
Marcus spends most of his time helping clients improve their lifestyle through health, fitness and nutrition, whilst continuing to work towards his own goals. Marcus’ passion is to guide people towards a fit and healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. His method is to build a custom plan based on your health, life schedule and more importantly fitness goals. Aiming to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
